Limit quantities or refuse orders to protect business integrity.

4. Payments & Transactions
Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and other gateways listed at checkout.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in local or international currencies and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply.

Our products are designed in Bangladesh and manufactured in collaboration with Chinese MSMEs, who also manage B2B marketing and distribution hubs in Western countries. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control. We commit to transparency and will notify customers of significant disruptions.
9. Community & MSME Support
Elevate Next and Flintstone are committed to empowering Bangladeshi MSMEs. We actively address seasonal unemployment, where many workers face 3–4 months without jobs after the festival seasons end. Through digitized sales channels, global distribution, and sustainable innovation, we aim to create continuous demand. By 2030, our ambition is to capture 20% of the domestic unorganized market, transforming it into a fit, organized ecosystem that ensures year-round opportunities for local businesses and communities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these T&C periodically to reflect evolving business practices, legal requirements, or technological advancements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by international regulations. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangladesh.
১. শর্তাবলীর স্বীকৃতি

৪. অর্থপ্রদান এবং লেনদেন
অর্থপ্রদান পদ্ধতি: গৃহীত পদ্ধতিগুলির মধ্যে ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ওয়ালেট এবং চেকআউটে তালিকাভুক্ত অন্যান্য গেটওয়ে অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
মূল্য নির্ধারণ: দাম স্থানীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক মুদ্রায় প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং কোনও বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। কর, শুল্ক এবং শিপিং ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
নিরাপত্তা: লেনদেনগুলি নিরাপদ তৃতীয় পক্ষের গেটওয়েগুলির মাধ্যমে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়। বহিরাগত সরবরাহকারীদের দ্বারা সৃষ্ট ত্রুটি বা লঙ্ঘনের জন্য আমরা দায় অস্বীকার করি।
ফেরত এবং রিটার্ন: নীতিগুলি আলাদাভাবে বর্ণিত এবং কেনার আগে পর্যালোচনা করা আবশ্যক।
৫. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি
সমস্ত সামগ্রী — পণ্যের নকশা, লোগো, পাঠ্য, ছবি, সফ্টওয়্যার এবং মালিকানাধীন প্রযুক্তি সহ — এলিভেট নেক্সট লিমিটেড, ফ্লিনস্টোন বা আমাদের অংশীদারদের বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি। অননুমোদিত পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা পরিবর্তন কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। গ্রাহকরা কেবল ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে সামগ্রী ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
৬. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
ব্যবহারকারীরা ওয়েবসাইট বা পরিষেবাগুলির অপব্যবহার না করতে সম্মত হন। নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপের মধ্যে রয়েছে:
বেআইনি, ক্ষতিকারক, অথবা বিভ্রান্তিকর কন্টেন্ট আপলোড করা।
সিস্টেম বা ডেটাতে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের চেষ্টা করা।

৭. ওয়ারেন্টি এবং দায়
পণ্য: “যেমন আছে তেমন” প্রদান করা হয়েছে, বিধিবদ্ধ প্রয়োজনীয়তার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ ওয়ারেন্টি সহ।
দায়: আমাদের পণ্য বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

আমাদের পণ্যগুলি বাংলাদেশে ডিজাইন করা হয়েছে এবং চীনা MSME-দের সহযোগিতায় তৈরি করা হয়েছে, যারা পশ্চিমা দেশগুলিতে B2B বিপণন এবং বিতরণ কেন্দ্রগুলিও পরিচালনা করে। যদিও আমরা সময়মত বিতরণের জন্য চেষ্টা করি, তৃতীয় পক্ষের লজিস্টিক সরবরাহকারীদের দ্বারা সৃষ্ট বিলম্ব আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে। আমরা স্বচ্ছতার প্রতি প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ এবং উল্লেখযোগ্য ব্যাঘাতের বিষয়ে গ্রাহকদের অবহিত করব।
৯. সম্প্রদায় এবং এমএসএমই সহায়তা
এলিভেট নেক্সট এবং ফ্লিনস্টোন বাংলাদেশী এমএসএমইগুলিকে ক্ষমতায়নের জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমরা সক্রিয়ভাবে মৌসুমী বেকারত্ব মোকাবেলা করি, যেখানে অনেক শ্রমিক উৎসবের মরশুম শেষ হওয়ার পরে ৩-৪ মাস ধরে চাকরি ছাড়াই থাকেন। ডিজিটালাইজড বিক্রয় চ্যানেল, বিশ্বব্যাপী বিতরণ এবং টেকসই উদ্ভাবনের মাধ্যমে, আমরা ক্রমাগত চাহিদা তৈরি করার লক্ষ্য রাখি। ২০৩০ সালের মধ্যে, আমাদের লক্ষ্য হল দেশীয় অসংগঠিত বাজারের ২০% দখল করা, এটিকে একটি উপযুক্ত, সংগঠিত বাস্তুতন্ত্রে রূপান্তরিত করা যা স্থানীয় ব্যবসা এবং সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য বছরব্যাপী সুযোগ নিশ্চিত করে।
১০. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন
